German grower Gartenbau Paul Cox from Geldern-Lüllingen produces 4 million pot plants a year and with their latest purchase, they take the next step in pot handling. Martin Stolze installed a fixed conveyor belt installation in several greenhouses, these conveyor belts allow large sales orders to be handled quickly, ergonomically and efficiently.
The belts are also used during the growing process to move the pot plants around the nursery for spacing and to allow the plants to be worked on. The fixed conveyor belts can be used for individual pots, trays and baskets, as well as stacks of trays that need to be filled for bigger sales orders. Several control panels are used to control the conveyor belts, you can determine how many conveyors you want to control with each control panel, also it is very easy to connect an end-switch. The control panels are very easy to use which means that anyone can set up and use the conveyor system.
