Starting this new year, Verdel and FM Group will continue together.
Both companies have been active in the flower and plant trade for over 50 years and were already working together. The managements of both companies have known each other for many years and feel comfortable with the corresponding corporate culture.
Verdel has joined FM Group in order to better serve its clients in the future and to realize its growth ambitions. For FM Group, Verdel contributes significantly to the realization of the group strategy by increasing its market share with florists, wholesalers and retailers in Europe.
FM Group has acquired a majority stake in Verdel Group. The Verdel name will remain, however, the family business will continue to operate independently.
