On December 21st, the construction began on a new Kingpeng project in Yunnan. This demonstration project is a Venlo glass greenhouse which will be used for the production of flowers. "It contributes to development of the local flower in industry: large-scale and modern," they say.
The greenhouse will be used for the planting of fresh cut roses and was cleverly designed. The Dutch computer environmental control system is adopted to achieve precise control of the environment in the greenhouse. The water and fertilizer irrigation system will not only save water efficiently, but also result in no pollution and zero emission to the environment. "All in line with the concept of green development."

The roof and walls are realised in 91% tempered glass to increase the light transmittance and create a uniform light deprivation, so that the crops in the greenhouse grow evenly and penetrate the crop completely to also reach the middle and lower parts of the canopy. "This will reduce the occurrence of gray mould at the bottom and generally improve the efficiency of photosynthesis, which will improve the yield and quality."

Covering material
The greenhouse is equipped with a double screen system for shading and heat preservation, enabling a 40% ventilation rate.
"We're lead by scientific and technological innovation and want to promote the scientific and high-tech production of agricultural products as this will provide strong support for the development of agriculture.

"We've not only devoted ourselves to provide satisfactory services to customers, bot also insist on a high-tech, scientific and technological advanced approach," the team with Kingpeng says. "We want to support the development of high-tech agriculture, growing high quality products with a scientific approach and technological novelties. Innovation is our guide."
