10th Anniversary of Interplant Roses East-Africa

As demand for their rose varieties increased, the Ilsink family realized the necessity of having their own facility to service the East African region. It was from this necessity that Interplant Roses East-Africa was born eleven years ago.

Based in Kenya near Lake Naivasha, Interplant Roses East-Africa has developed over the years into what is arguably the most beautiful facility in the region! The facility, a total of 4 hectares, includes a 1.5 hectares budwood area where propagation material is grown for customers. Like all other activities of Interplant Roses, quality and innovation are at the center of their business. Naivasha is also strategically positioned to accommodate visitors from all over the world who can visit the showcase to view and discuss the latest and established rose varieties, both standard roses and spray roses.

Boasting one of the best wetlands in Kenya, lush gardens, solar power as well as state of the art operations and friendly staff, Interplant Roses East-Africa creates a peaceful yet efficient environment for the many visitors from all over the world. A staff of 80 employees takes care of all important day-to-day operations.

Interplant East-Africa, part of the Interplant Group with its headquarters based in The Netherlands, will continue to provide a memorable service to all clients and visitors for many years to come!
