The Mzurrie Flowers group is comprised of three farms; Moloriver roses, Maji mazuri and Bahati premium. Through their early client involvement program; United Selections is always keen to unveil new rose varieties to growers for their trials. United Selections’ first generation spray roses were tried in several farms, including Zena roses, Xflora/Omang, Sian Group, Mzurrie Flowers, among others. Mzurrie Flowers - Bahati Premium’s trials, subsequently resulted in commercial plantings of two spray roses; Royal Magic and Pink Blossoms. The rose breeder paid a courtesy call to Bahati Premium roses to check on the progress of the two aforementioned sprays to understand the grower’s feeling and the general market reception and acceptance of the two spray roses.
United Selections is committed to keep on introducing new colors in their spray line, the breeder recently introduced it’s fourth generation spray varieties. Bahati premium roses, among other farms are currently having trials of these new introductions. Bahati Premium roses currently have the following trials; Innocent Blossoms, Sunset Magic and Cherry Blossoms.
