The board of the novelty showcase organized by the Nursery Trade Fair Foundation received 30 novelty submissions, of which 29 were accepted for judging.
The novelties will be judged by a professional jury from the Koninklijke Vereniging voor Boskoopse Culturen (The Royal Society for Boskoop Cultures). The Best Novelty 2021 will be announced on 25 August 2021, at the beginning of the first day of the GROEN-Direkt trade fair.

Since there is no in-person Plantarium trade fair this year, GROEN-Direkt will host the novelty showcase. The GROEN-Direkt autumn trade fair will be visited by a large buying public and offers a fine platform to showcase the novelty products. The autumn trade fair will take place on 25 and 26 August 2021 from 7:30 to 16:00 at Noorwegenlaan 37 in Hazerswoude-Dorp and is open exclusively to professional buyers.
