Chrysanthemum surprise for Russian doctors

On Thursday September 2, Flower Experience by Natasha Mironova organised a surprise for doctors of the General Hospital No.2 in St. Petersburg, in cooperation with florist school Magenta and Cash & Carry 7Flowers for JustChrys. The Dutch Consulate General was a partner in this event.

In Russia, like in many places, doctors and nurses have worked hard and made special efforts in the past period. The work continues, and the extra efforts of all doctors and nurses are often seen as normal. But of course it is not. That was a good reason to surprise the doctors in charge of the 55 departments of a hospital where more than two thousand people work with a beautiful bouquet of chrysanthemums. This is a token of appreciation for these doctors and with them all the medical staff in Russia. With the Chrysanthemum, which is highly appreciated in Russia and symbolises a long and happy life, the florists were able to make beautiful thank-you bouquets.

Deputy Consul General Ivar Scheers, together with a representative of the St. Petersburg Foreign Relations Committee, attended the presentation of the bouquets at the hospital. Watch the video report here.

Director Vitaly Sviridov of 7Flowers and director Elena Dimitrieva of Magenta did not hesitate for a moment to participate in this project. As one, they said that especially in these difficult times they wanted to support the project of JustChrys and Flower Experience to surprise Russian doctors with colourful bouquets.
