During the last few months, a 1.5ha glass greenhouse was built up in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province. This greenhouse will be used for potted roses.
To maximize the planting space, the construction team designed an Ebb/Flow bench system for cultivation. The whole bench system covers an area of about 1 ha, and the rest area will be used for operation and service room.
The operation space and process will be limited by this “Z” shape greenhouse. Not many operators are allowed to be at the operation area at the same time, so the team designed a fully automatic solution for the flower transplanting, watering, spacing process. The integrated seedling line, automatic transplanting machine, bench crane, and bench washer made an outstanding bench logistic system for growers.
