“Recently, we started supplying our waxflowers to Two Birds Brewing in Spotswood, Victoria. They are including our flowers as the star ingredient in their new Wild Thing Geraldton Wax Beer,” says Adrian Parsons, Managing Director of Helix Australia. Their waxflowers were also recently supplied to Archie Rose Distillery Co, in order to update their Signature Gin. “We continue to develop a range of value-added opportunities in the food/beverage channel with our edible waxflower hybrids.”
