As of 1 January 2022, Go Green B.V. and Retail Solutions B.V. will merge and continue under the name Green Solutions B.V. With this merger, the companies are joining forces, whereby the knowledge and know-how of Go Green B.V. will be strengthened with the volumes and purchasing power of Retail Solutions B.V.
With the establishment of Go Green B.V. in 2004, the Roos brothers focused on the sale of garden and indoor plants to Garden Centers in England. In 2010, Retail Solutions B.V. was founded with a focus on supplying construction and supermarket chains throughout Europe.
Although these entities were set up separately in the past, they have been working closely together since the beginning, and both organizations have experienced a great deal of growth and development in recent years. In recent years, the focus has been on Brexit, the triple expansion of the location, and the further optimization of the supply chain through IT innovations.
In the coming years, Green Solutions B.V. aims to be a trading house that enjoys working with partners as one fast and agile team. In order to realize the best possible connection between customer and supplier, both entities will be merged into Green Solutions B.V. under the motto 'Proudly connecting'.
