This variety is the first in the new Vintage series and features very heavy flowering and excellent foliage quality. Bergenia Vintage Blush has a foliage height of 10”, a foliage spread of 15”, and a flower height of 16”. This durable and low-care plant has medium-sized, paddle-shaped foliage in a rich, pine-green color that deepens with cold weather. Its blush-pink flowers bloom abundantly in the spring and have a deep rose-colored eye.
U.S.D.A. Hardiness Zones for this plant are 4-9, and its exposure allows for full sun to part shade. Bergenia Vintage Blush is a great and easy evergreen that can be used on banks and in mass plantings, containers, mixed beds, and in front of the border. Finish time from a liner to a 4-inch pot is eight weeks. Finish time from a liner to a 1-gallon pot is 14 to 16 weeks.
