Anthura and all employees proudly opened their new head office on Friday 22 April. The festive opening took place by raising the special opening flag, fireworks, and an opening speech by the board members Mark & Iwan van der Knaap and Marco van Herk. Afterwards, all employees viewed the new building from the inside and out and were able to chat while enjoying a snack and drink.
Ready for the future
After the commissioning of the research center in 2019, Anthura is ready for the future with the new office on the Anthuriumweg in Bleiswijk. The office offers the possibility to receive customers, educational institutions, stakeholders, and other relations in both small and large groups. It is designed to tell the 'story of Anthura' as well as possible.
The visitors get an impression of the breeding and growth of Anthurium and Phalaenopsis plants and the innovation and technology that go with them. The connection with nature, family history, and future developments are also discussed. The employees concerned will be able to move in during May. Everyone is literally back in their place.
