The Vladimir Region plans to apply to the Russian Ministry of Agriculture for a federal subsidy for the construction of a floriculture complex.
The plan is to spend about 1 billion rubles on the construction of greenhouses of 2-3 hectares since one-hectare costs from 200 to 300 million.
Since 2019, the Teplichny company has been dealing not only with vegetables but also grows flowers. In 2021, the greenhouse planned to plant a million scarlet roses per year.
