It was an amazing evening for the Field to Vase Dinner Tour when American Grown Flowers brought this cross-country event to Ocean Breeze Farms in Arroyo Grande, California, on August 6, 2022.
Ocean Breeze Farms, one of the largest Gerbera daisy farms in the United States, owned and operated by the Van Wingerden family, hosted this lovely dinner amongst rows and rows of colorful blooms. Kelly Shore of Petals by the Shore magically transformed the greenhouse into a dreamy dining room, complete with upside-down Gerbera hanging chandeliers. New West Catering and Chef Jeff Olsson created a menu that was as delectable and as local as the flowers on the table.
