'Thanks Plants' campaign about to get under way again

For many people, working from home and hybrid working are the new normal. And plants help with that. After all, having plants in your workplace (in the home or otherwise) leaves you feeling healthier, more upbeat, and more energetic – which not only boosts your productivity but also makes you happier. Time for a new ode to the plant: Thanks Plants!

Campaign in core countries
‘Thanks Plants, for turning my house into a home, for helping me to reconnect with nature and to relax.’ This message has not lost its relevance, even during this fifth edition of the campaign. This year, the Thanks Plants campaign will run in Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands from 26 September to 16 October. The campaign will also run in Poland in October this year as a test campaign.

Digital advertising, outdoors and online
Once again, this year’s campaign will not fail to catch consumers’ attention. We will be using digital outdoor advertising at busy locations – retail areas, railway stations, and transfer stop in the cities of London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Liverpool – at the busiest times of the day. The campaign will also be prominent online, through mobile and online video advertising, as well as on Facebook and Instagram.

Collaboration with influencers
Influencers are being enlisted once more in all four of our core countries this year – people with significant reach and/or impact who will tell their (many) followers the benefits of plants for health and well-being.

New content through our own media
It goes without saying that new Thanks Plants content will also be posted on thejoyofplants.co.uk and sister websites in the other core countries, with three tone-on-tone home office situations in which attention is also devoted to plants in bloom.
