The Garden Centre Association (GCA) is starting its recruitment process for a new Chief Executive Officer (October 2022).
The new CEO will work closely with the Executive committee to lead the organization.
GCA Chairman, Tammy Woodhouse, said: "We are now officially recruiting for the position of CEO. The successful individual will have ultimate responsibility and accountability for the Association. They will work closely with the Executive committee to lead the organization, influence, and implement the strategic direction and operational management to ensure we meet the needs of our members in line with our vision, mission, and values.

"We are looking for an individual who has worked in a senior management position, has experience or knowledge of either the garden center industry, or working within a member organization would be advantageous."
"Our ideal candidate will be a confident individual with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders; protects and promotes our values, and is an ambassador within the industry. They also need to have a full UK driving license and be willing to travel within the UK and overseas."
