As we have discussed in the previous updates, many more visitors and companies than in previous editions came to the show this year. On the one hand, there are opportunities in the Turkish market, and on the other hand, Turkey is the hub to enter the Middle East market.

There is a remarkable increase in visitors from Lebanon, and Kazakhstan this year and they took place in the top 10 countries. There is a 16% increase in visitors coming from North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.

There were also many Dutch and Russian companies at the show. The former because of the high energy prices in Europe are looking for more affordable solutions; the latter are prevented from doing business in the EU, and thus are looking for alternatives – with a special interest in the Middle East.
