With effect from 1 January 2023, Wolter Koops has acquired Koeltransport Aalsmeer. Both companies are active in international conditioned transport. Koeltransport Aalsmeer will continue to operate as an independent company within Wolter Koops under the leadership of the current board and management. The takeover will not affect personnel, customers, or suppliers.
Koeltransport Aalsmeer specializes in the conditioned transport of flowers and plants, serving mainly the international retail sector from its offices in Aalsmeer and Bemmel. In addition, the activities and high-quality services of Koeltransport Aalsmeer strengthen Wolter Koops' international distribution network.
With this takeover, Wolter Koops is responding to the further professionalization and expansion of scale in the current transport market. Delivery reliability and quality will continue to be guaranteed for its customers in the future.
