New Callisterphus Buttons series by Marginpar

Marginpar has introduced a new series to their range: Callistephus Buttons. The blue, white, and pink flowers grow in their Kenyan flower fields, producing stems of up to 80 centimetres. Callistephus is also known as 'China aster'. Compared to the current China asters, the Buttons series has larger flowers. The flower size of the main flower can reach up to 6 cm in diameter.

Partnership
The series is bred by Sakata. If that sounds familiar it's because Marginpar's Campanula Champion series comes from the same laboratory. Sakata has more than a hundred years of experience in developing quality genetics for bedding plants, potted plants, and cut flowers.

Availability
For now, Marginpar is growing the Callistephus Buttons series at the Bondet Farm in Kenya, with production in full swing. The series is available every day, year-round, at Royal FloraHolland Aalsmeer, in 60, 70, and 80 cm.
