Picalla scratch campaign puts buyers in the spotlight

At the end of March, Dümmen Orange and Bejafleur jointly introduced the Picalla plant concept. Following this, a scratch competition was organized, which was won by Marco Guyt of Grotex International. Marco won a city trip for two to Barcelona with a visit to the Picasso Museum. "I was already excited about the Picalla plant concept, and now even more so with this beautiful artistic trip," he said.

Besides Marco, there were other prize winners. Gerwin van der Vijver of Waterdrinker walked away with the first prize. He won the Dutch Master package at Restaurant Vermeer. The second prize went to Patrick van Geest of Noviflora, who received the anniversary book on Johannes Vermeer, and the third prize went to Lars van Spronsen of Moterra, who received tickets to the Rijksmuseum.

Picalla is a plant concept for small Calla plants (8 cm). The market for small pot sizes has been booming in recent years. However, growing small Calla plants is not easy. Bejafleur has specialised in this in recent years.

The Picalla plant concept is expected to be available again from week 10 of next year. Orders can already be placed now. For more information, visit www.picalla.com.
