Heatons Nursery concluded Green Expo in style, where it received two awards - "Best of Expo" and "Best New Product" for two of its Dümmen Orange Anthurium Varieties.

Green Expo 2023 in Queensland, Australia, marked a festive occasion for Heatons Nursery as it garnered widespread attention from horticulture enthusiasts for its Dümmen Orange Anthurium Varieties, Princess Amalia Elegance, and Casanova. The event was highlighted by Heatons Nursery's remarkable achievement of securing two prestigious awards - "Best of Expo" and "Best New Product" - a true testament to their commitment to the excellence of these Anthurium Varieties.

The success of Heatons Nursery's award-winning Anthurium Varieties serves to deepen the strong partnership between Dümmen Orange and its valued growers. Nicholas Bennett, the Managing Director of Dümmen Orange Asia-Pacific, expressed his pride in these accomplishments, stating, "We feel privileged to have Heatons Nursery as one of our valued producers in Australia. This award is a recognition of what can happen when you combine outstanding growers with the world-class genetics of Dümmen Orange."

Moreover, Green Expo 2023 marked another important moment as Dümmen Orange joined forces with JD Propagation, presenting a diverse selection of genetics in a joint booth. Together, they presented a diverse array of the breeder's genetics, including the Deck'd Out Kalanchoe, Ladiva Lavender, Phalaenopsis, and the exotic Anthurium, among others.

"The Phalaenopsis Orchids were a huge hit, we were thrilled with the level of inquiries we received for Cut Chrysanthemums and Cut Carnations. Additionally, the interest in Annuals, Perennials and Pot Plants was quite remarkable," said Matthew Curtis, Business Development Manager Australia & New Zealand at Dümmen Orange. "He further expressed his delight in witnessing the impressive displays put forth by valued partners and customers, including Heatons Nursery, Pohlmans Nursery, QIF (Quality Indoor Foliage), Marlborough Nursery, and Sprint Horticulture."

The award-winning achievement stands as a testament to the dedication of both Dümmen Orange and JD Propagation in providing world-class genetics to the horticulture industry. With the event drawing hundreds of customers and horticulture enthusiasts from all over the country, it became evident that the collaboration between these two companies has not only enriched the diversity of available offerings but also ignited a flourishing legacy of excellence in Australian horticulture.
