AAB has nice 'stranger in our midst project' in progress

For brothers Rob & Leon Rekelhof from Ter Aar, AAB has a nice 'stranger in our midst project' in progress. On LinkedIn, project leader Rob van Luijk talks about the 'Orchid Garden,' which, despite its name, has nothing whatsoever to do with horticulture (anymore). Owners of the plot, Rob and Leon, grew cut orchids here on Paradijsweg in Ter Aar, South Holland, until a few years ago.

On the plot, which until six months ago still housed a circa 20,000m2 wide-roofed greenhouse, nine spacious residential plots are coming up. AAB assisted in obtaining all necessary permits, constructing a concrete road, installing all utilities, and selling the plots. Meanwhile, the work is in full swing, and the first occupant will also start building the first house in early September.
