Breeder Arthur Maj won two awards at the Green is Life fair in Warsaw with his Miscanthus sinensis 'Silver Charm' PBR: Gold for Best Plant and the Journalist Award.
Abundant, spectacular flowering
The variety is distinguished by its abundant, spectacular flowering with striking flower panicles that start with silvery colors, slowly turning to intense whites. The elegant, curved stems create a fountain-like effect.
Extra long decorative value
Miscanthus Silver Charm is richly flowering and blooms from September until early frost. The flower panicles retain their ornamental value long after flowering. Silver Charm is low maintenance and not susceptible to diseases and pests, which makes the cultivar ideal for hedges, borders, terraces, and prairie gardens.
Miscanthus Silver Charm is available in Europe through Kebra vof and Baldur.
