Corenthin (Felix) Chassouant new director of sales and business development at Harnois

Harnois Industries is pleased to announce that Corenthin (Felix) Chassouant has been promoted to the position of Director of Sales and Business Development.

Felix was already overseeing Sales Export (USA & worldwide opportunities excluding the Mexican market), but as of now, will also take on the domestic market, thus managing key accounts and the sales team.

In short, Felix has been active in the horticulture and greenhouse industry for approximately 10 years. After he completed his master’s degree (specialization in agronomy and biomass valorization: biochar) in France and Canada, he decided to leave Europe, accepting an opportunity to work in South-East Asia.

For nearly 5 years, Felix was based full-time in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he managed many horticultural and sales development projects in the majority of the 11 countries of the ASEAN, including parts of the Pacific like French Polynesia. Felix learned considerably about horticultural and “tropical climate” management (more detail here).

Harnois Industries is a major greenhouse manufacturer in North America (Canada/USA/Mexico) and is also active worldwide. Felix’s goal is to pursue sales development, reinforcing the company’s presence in Canada and abroad and building a strong sales and technical support team.

Felix says: “Harnois’ products quality and expertise are unique. Indeed, our structure can withstand the winter conditions of Quebec and the extreme weather conditions (wind, tropical rain, hail…) of Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean regions where Harnois is also quite active. Moreover, our greenhouse system solutions (including the equipment) suit ag, retail, and institutional sector players. You will not be disappointed choosing Harnois.”

Lastly, in his spare time, Felix keeps a personal blog to date with his professional experiences and topics focusing on horticulture and greenhouses.
