In our greenhouse, the group followed the plant journey within our production location, but they also found out that there are a number of steps preceding it, such as the breeding of a new variety. Or, for example, at the mother plant locations on one of our farms abroad.
An interesting afternoon, in which we hopefully were able to show young people how fun and diverse the work in horticulture is, and that you certainly do not always need green fingers within this dynamic industry. 🌸
