The Delaware Valley Floral Group (DVFG) has reached an agreement to acquire Ferris Brothers Wholesale Florist, located in Middlesex, New Jersey. DVFG will acquire certain assets of the company through an asset purchase agreement. Ferris Brothers Wholesale was established in 1950 and has been managed by the Ferris family across generations. Ferris Brothers has been serving professional florists and event organizers in New Jersey and New York. The business will be consolidated into DVFlora, a division of DVFG.
The customers of Ferris Brothers Wholesale will be served from the DVFlora distribution center located in Edison, New Jersey. Bob Ferris, President of Ferris Brothers Wholesale, commented, “We are thrilled that our staff members joining DVFlora will have the opportunity to work for an industry leader that is growing and offers exciting prospects for our people and customers.”
