Floward receives two awards at the HRM Summit Awards 2023

Floward, the go-to online flowers and gifts delivery destination in MENA and UK, has won the “Best Employee Experience Initiative” and “Best Reward & Recognition Strategies” awards at the HRM Summit Awards 2023 on October 9. The awards ceremony was held under the patronage of His Excellency Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, the Minister of Labor, at the Intercontinental Regency Hotel in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The awards were accepted by Floward’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Mohamed Al Arifi.

The HRM Summit Awards 2023 were presented at the 15th edition of the HRM Summit, the Middle East’s leading human resources conference that brings together leaders and tech enthusiasts alike to explore how HR will shape the world of tomorrow. The awards ceremony aims to showcase and honor exemplary HR professionals, providers, business leaders, and organizations across more than 20 award categories.

The first award Floward achieved was the “Best Employee Experience Initiative” award. The winner of this award had to demonstrate an effective, sustainable, and successful employee engagement program with proven evidence of it improving its employee experience at the organization.

As for Floward’s second award, “Best Reward & Recognition Strategies,” the winner was recognized for excellence and innovation in employee reward and recognition programs and initiatives. The winner of this award was evaluated on a variety of key points, including pioneering performance-linked reward and recognition programs across areas such as salary, employee benefits, the impact of award and recognition on employee productivity, and the alignment of the reward and recognition strategy with business objectives.

Floward has proven its eligibility for this award by being a leading company in the region to invest in workplace culture and dedicating a specialized department to employee satisfaction and well-being.
