One Flora Group to set up Zami Africa

One Flora Group established the new company Zami Africa. This step makes it possible to export summer flowers and roses directly from Nairobi to customers all over the world. This achieves a sustainable efficiency gain that fits in with the 'Next Level Floriculture' vision of One Flora Group.

With expertise in supplier agreements, documentation, technical support, and consolidation, Zami Africa will provide high-quality service to Zami B.V. The collaboration between the two companies ensures a streamlined flower export process directly from Nairobi. In this way, flowers can be exported in a better-controlled and consolidated manner.

This not only achieves efficiency and customer satisfaction but also creates a new sales market. "Our companies connect supply and demand by optimally tailoring our growers' range to the wishes of our customers. As a group, we serve the entire market efficiently and directly from the source. The establishment of Zami Africa is completely in line with this. We are very pleased with this addition to our group of companies." According to Managing Director Flowers Sven Aertssen.

The new Zami Africa will be run by General Manager Robi Bonanno. Robi brings a lot of experience and knowledge from the industry and will start on October 16. One Flora Group welcomes him to the group and looks forward to a pleasant collaboration.
