Trade Fair in Aalsmeer comes to an end

After three days, the Trade Fair in Aalsmeer is coming to an end. From Tuesday, November 7, till November 9, more than 600 exhibitors are presenting their products and service.

Clockwise: Milan Schipper, Chiel Swart, and Frank Timmerman of Globee; Ruud van Emmerik and Elien Declerq of Fikona; Anita Kap of Kweker Freek vd Velden with Ben Vermeulen of Noviflora; and Eric Grossman of Fittonia.

Good year so far
When talking with the exhibitors, they say that they have had a good year, both the flower and plant growers. And even for the phalaenopsis, which have had two challenging years where there the number of products on the market decreased by about a quarter to a third, it is showing a positive trend.

Photo report
Our colleagues at BPnieuws are running around at the show with their cameras to make our traditional photo report. Missed them? Feel free to send in your selfie, then we can include it in our photo report that we will publish on Monday, November 13.
