The Japanese government, through its ambassador in Colombia, Takasugi Masahiro, awarded Augusto Solano Mejía, President of Asocolflores, on November 28, with the so-called “Recognition of the Minister of Foreign Affairs 2023.
This distinction is given to people of different nationalities with outstanding achievements in the international field to recognize their contributions to the promotion of relations and friendship between Japan and Colombia.
At the ceremony, held on November 28, the Japanese ambassador praised the great work and career of Augusto Solano in promoting understanding between the two countries.
