The nominees for the Horticulture Entrepreneurship Award 2024 have been announced. Chairman Michiel F. van Ginkel surprised with a personal visit to the nurseries Roobeek Group from Arcen, anthurium nursery Stolk Brothers from Bergschenhoek, tropical plant grower VDE plant from Woubrugge and 'plant breeding support laboratory' Iribov from Heerhugowaard.

In addition, the jury chairman of the theme prize Circular Entrepreneurship, Herold Dongelmans, visited the finalists of the theme prize Circular Entrepreneurship: Oyster Mushroomery from Bloemendaal, developer of new horticultural techniques Division Q from Monster, Circular Plastics from Aalsmeer and Elstgeest Potplants from Nieuwe Wetering. The winners will be announced during a festive event in Greenport Aalsmeer on March 6.
