"Urgent compliance with regulations for the return of CC containers and CC shelves at Veiling Rhein-Maas"

For a smooth logistics process at Veiling Rhein-Maas, it is absolutely essential that only CC containers and CC shelves that are in good working order are used. It is crucial that the guidelines for the return of CC materials are followed. "Unfortunately, we have found that these guidelines for CC materials are increasingly being ignored, leading to significant disruptions in our logistical processes."

Therefore, Veiling Rhein-Maas, in accordance with the agreement with the parent companies Landgard and Royal FloraHolland, will continue to closely monitor the returned CC materials. "If the CC materials do not meet these guidelines, we are unfortunately forced to completely reject the supplied products. The truck will then have to leave the loading dock with the rejected units, or the pickup service will not be carried out in this case. We therefore urgently request you to comply with the applicable regulations when returning CC materials."

Return instructions
When returning CC materials to our CC depots or via the collection service for CC containers, the following guidelines must be observed*:

  • Each CC container must be equipped with both an original TAG5 lock and an original metal CC tag.
  • The CC containers (maximum 10 per stack) must be stacked in such a way that all TAG5 locks are on the same side. The corresponding uprights of the CC container (always 4 pieces) must protrude on the opposite side.
  • Defective CC containers and defective CC shelves must be separated from intact material. Care must be taken to ensure that defective CC shelves can be removed quickly and easily. This means that the defective shelves must be stacked on top of the intact shelves. If there are more than five defective shelves, they must be placed on a separate, intact CC container.

For further questions on these topics, you can contact the logistics resources department.
