Lazzeri Agricola comments on its new Spring-Summer catalog

“Our work never stops”

Research and innovation
Breeders are always looking for new and improved varieties. As is Lazzeri Agricola, an Italian breeding company that believes in 'made in Italy'. The Lazzeri team states: "Aside from the quality and sanity of our young plants, we focus on research and innovation. Our work never stops as our field and the market are constantly evolving. We are continuously adapting to the needs of producers and end consumers." One of the results of these efforts is the company's new catalog.

New varieties
This year, Lazzeri expanded its range by introducing 40 new varieties in different series. The Lazzeri team says: "This year there are many new varieties, the most outstanding ones are Dipladenia/Mandevilla Brasileira and Sundaville, Impatiens NG Pizzica, Petunias La Signora, Portulaca Duna, Pelargonium-Interspecific Amazonia, Catharanthus Tropicana." These and other varieties can be found in Lazzeri's 'Collection 2025 Spring-Summer' catalog. The catalog is available in four languages: Italian, German, English, and French, and can be found at the company's website.

"We do continuous improvements to provide genetics and young plants of an outstanding quality. Our objective is to be a service oriented and competent long-term partner of professional horticulture companies. We provide our customers with differentiating genetics and first-class young plants," they add.

The Brasileira Rose, Duna varieties, the Tropicana Fuchsia Spark, and the La Signora Violet Vein are some of the varieties that can be found in the catalog.

Italy and beyond
Although Lazzeri's varieties are Italian in origin, they are not reserved for the Italian market: "Lazzeri has been part of Italian floriculture, and we don't intend to change that. That's not to say that we are not interested in the wider European market. In fact, the last few years our genetics allowed us to successfully cross European borders," the Lazzeri team concludes.
