Innovations concerning lamps for indoor crops

In Amsterdam with important introductions such as a new lamp for vertical crops specific for very humid environments and an irrigation improvement system. "Our company will attend the international fair Greentech 2024 in Amsterdam for the first time (June 11-13), one of the most important and prestigious events dedicated to the high tech sector (innovation and technology) in horticulture," explain Raffaello Montanari and Cristian D'Elia from C-LED.

"We will have a dedicated stand (hall 5, stand 101) where we will showcase the entire C-LED range, which includes lamps for micropropagation laboratories, lamps for vertical farms, high-efficiency lamps and artificial lighting solutions for greenhouses. It will be an opportunity to also present three new products that will become available in June 2024."

First of all, we will present a new lamp for indoor crops specific for vertical farming, characterized by its high efficiency. Producers can obtain a higher flow of photons with a lower energy consumption, which translates into an increased photosynthesis, maximizing yields and shortening production cycles.

Then there will be a solution for grafting, scion development and root chambers. The peculiarity of this lamp is its high degree of IP protection, which guarantees a high performance also in extremely humid conditions (around 90%).

"We will also launch an irrigation improvement system based on a tray weighing or plantlet container system that analyzes the degree of evaporation. In this case, the data is saved and processed so that operators can assess the health of plants and decide if and when to irrigate, saving water and thus using an eco-friendly approach."

"Come sees us on June 11-13 at Greentech in Amsterdan, hall 5, stand 101: contact us for a meeting with our team."
