Martijn Kuiper has been working as a Commercial Manager at breeder HBA in De Kwakel, the Netherlands, since January. HBA is part of the Agriom group. With Martijn's arrival, the complete sales team at HBA now consists of three members. Initially, Martijn will focus primarily on commercial activities related to HBA's potted hydrangeas in the US and Canada. Jan ten Brinke handles the sales of potted hydrangeas in Europe, while Jaap Stelder is responsible for the international sales of hydrangea for cut production.

Owner André Smaal explains that HBA has been working hard in recent years to develop new products. "We have now reached a point where we can offer a fantastic assortment. By expanding the commercial team, we aim to establish closer connections with our customers to create new opportunities."
Martijn Kuiper looks forward to collaborating with partners in North America. "Together with my colleagues, HBA brings unique genetics to the market."
