As International Women's Day approaches, tulips in Kyiv are priced between 45 (1.04 EUR) and 70 UAH (1.61 EUR) (1.61 EUR) per stem on average. The cost varies depending on the place of purchase and the flower variety.

Tulips are generally cheaper in large chain stores and supermarkets, where some retailers offer special holiday discounts.
Here are the average tulip prices in different sales locations across Kyiv:
Flower shops and markets: The average price per tulip is around 60 UAH (1.38 EUR), while elite varieties cost up to 70 UAH.
Potted tulips (3 bulbs per pot): Prices range from 139 UAH (3.2 EUR) to 300 UAH (6.91 EUR).
Supermarkets:
- In "Silpo," tulips are available from 42.99 UAH (0.99 EUR) to 69.99 UAH (1.61 EUR) per stem.
- In "Ashan," a promotional price of 39.9 UAH (0.92 EUR) per tulip is valid until March 10.
The Camelia, florist website offers tulips priced between 55 UAH (1.27 EUR) and 69 UAH (1.59 EUR) per stem, depending on the variety. The store also sells ready-made bouquets, with budget-friendly options starting at 1,100 UAH (25.32 EUR), while a bouquet of 101 tulips costs from 7,750 UAH (178.38 EUR).
Ukraflora sells tulips for 45 to 70 UAH per stem (€1.0-€1.6), with a minimum order of 10 pieces. They have up to 20 different tulip varieties.
Online marketplaces: Most listings price tulips at 40 UAH (0.92 EUR) per stem, while wholesale prices range from 19 UAH (0.44 EUR) to 35 UAH (0.81 EUR), depending on the quantity purchased. Buyers should confirm the required minimum quantity for wholesale pricing.
Last year, in the lead-up to March 8, tulip prices in Kyiv ranged from 45 to 65 UAH (1.5 EUR) per stem.
Similar price trends were observed across Ukraine. Many online stores also offered discounts for large bouquet orders.
