What makes it special?
Honey Drops F1 Dara is a compact melon variety showing strong potential for both commercial production and home gardening. In greenhouse trials, the plants produced an average of up to 18 fruits per plant, highlighting its potential for high yield on one plant.
One of the most practical features of this variety is its natural ripening indicator: the skin changes to a honey-yellow color when the fruit is ready to harvest. This visual cue helps reduce guesswork and allows for more accurate timing during harvest, whether in commercial production or home gardens.
The most special characteristic is its super thin skin - similar in texture to that of a kiwi or mango. This not only simplifies preparation and handling but also makes it suitable for direct consumption with minimal waste.
