A few times a year, Jozina Voorn and Lisa Casta from Voorn Spray Roses travel to visit exporters and their clients, bringing along a bus full of spray roses. They explain, "We enjoy these visits, and our customers appreciate them as well. It's an excellent way to establish and maintain strong relationships and gather valuable feedback."

Jozina and Lisa are always warmly welcomed during their visits. "Customers value the opportunity to brainstorm, and their feedback is important to us," they say. "Yesterday, we traveled in Naaldwijk with Warja Abrosimova, visiting Bachetle, Enigma Flower Group, West Flora Export, and Flower Portal. These visits allow them to share their thoughts on aspects like quality and packaging with us."

Nadia Duran
The bus is always filled with a variety of spray roses from Voorn's greenhouses. "We leave a few buckets of spray roses with each customer as a thank you, and they can use them as they wish," Jozina and Lisa explain. "The Nadia Duran rose, which is back in stock since last week, is particularly in demand. But we offer many other varieties as well. It's exciting to see how they arrive at the exporter's facility and what happens next. For many customers, Voorn spray roses are considered exclusive products."

New introductions
The Voorn Seasons greenhouse is currently in full bloom, prompting Jozina and Lisa to visit customers more frequently during this period. They also plan to extend their visits to international customers. Voorn Spray Roses continually expands its range with new varieties, and soon, Happy Wedding and Wild Miracle will be available. The Wild Miracle is particularly notable; it resembles a wild rose with an orange center that fades into pink, eventually turning fully pink after some time in a vase.
