CAN: Westbrook Greenhouse Systems appoints new Director of Venlo Sales

Westbrook Greenhouse Systems has appointed Andrew Schooley as Director of Venlo Sales.

Andrew brings a lifelong connection to the greenhouse industry, having grown up in the Niagara region, he started working in greenhouses at a young age. Over the course of his career, he has led Venlo greenhouse projects across Canada from both the operator and builder perspectives. With previous roles as Project Manager at Prospiant, Pure Flavor, and Aris Horticulture, Andrew has developed a deep understanding of greenhouse construction and client needs.

"Andrew brings a unique perspective and depth of experience to the team, having worked on the customer side as a grower and project manager, as well as on the manufacturing and construction side," says Greg Van Geest, VP of Sales & Product Development at Westbrook Systems. "He maintains a pragmatic approach, focused on building strong relationships and always putting the customer first."

In April, Andrew took the initiative to travel to the Netherlands, where he visited with several greenhouse operations, met with Westbrook's valued partner Ammerlaan, and developed relationships with key industry suppliers. The visit provided valuable insights into the latest innovations in horticulture and reinforced Wesbrook's ongoing commitment to international collaboration and industry leadership.
