UK: North Yorkshire to play host to flower show

A flower show is set to bloom once again at a North Yorkshire stately home, promising a vibrant celebration of horticulture and family fun. The Harrogate Autumn Flower Show returns to Newby Hall and Gardens near Ripon from September 19 to 21, offering a packed program of events, displays, and activities for all ages.

Organized by the North of England Horticultural Society (NEHS), the show is expected to attract more than 30,000 visitors over three days.

Nick Smith, director of Harrogate Flower Shows, said: "September is the perfect time to celebrate the year's horticultural achievements.

"This year, as well as offering inspiration through the beautiful floral displays and exceptional competitions we are so well known for, we're focusing on encouraging youngsters to get involved in growing through some of the many hands-on activities on offer."
