A two-day initiative "Business meetings with buyers of large-scale Retailers present in Poland" will take place from the 16th until 17th of September 2025 in Warsaw.
This event connects plant and flower suppliers with category purchasing managers from the major retail chains operating in Poland and across other European markets.
Chains that regularly attend include: Arhelan, Auchan, Biedronka, Carrefour, Chata Polska, Dino, E.Leclerc, Eurocash Group: Delikatesy Centrum, abc, Lewiatan, Cash&Carry, frisco.pl, Intermarché, Makro, Nasz Sklep, POLOmarket, Selgros, SPAR, Stokrotka, and Żabka.

Poland is the largest and most dynamic market in modern Europe—second only to China globally. In addition, Poland is an important logistics hub for Northern Europe, the Baltics, the Balkans and Eastern Europe. Therefore, retail buyers from these regions are also expected to attend, like Maxima Grupė or Profi from Romania and many others.
In addition to retail buyers, the event will also host specialized national importers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Guaranteed buyer meetings
Each participating company is guaranteed up to five face-to-face meetings with buyers, scheduled in advance.
