VerdNatura, a Spanish wholesaler of cut flowers and plants, is moving into the Sering building in Aalsmeer-Oost. The company is the second tenant, after Rosa Plaza, of the building currently under construction, which is now fully let. With this move, VerdNatura is strengthening its position in the Dutch market and taking the next step in its international growth strategy.

The new location in Aalsmeer-Oost offers Verdnatura modern accommodation at a strategic logistics hub in the floriculture sector, the Aalsmeer hub of Royal FloraHolland. From the Sering building, VerdNatura and Rosa Plaza will be able to operate more efficiently and work more closely with growers and buyers. The building is conveniently located and easily accessible for employees, visitors and suppliers.
Not only is there enough parking space for employees, but the high-quality public transport connections also make the building easily and quickly accessible. The building will soon be directly visible from the N201. Pako Natek, General Director of VerdNatura: "Our location in Aalsmeer-Oost is an important step in bringing us closer to our partners and suppliers. It enables us to respond more quickly, guarantee even better quality and further optimise the service we provide to our customers. Aalsmeer is the heart of the global flower trade, and we want to be part of that. We are looking forward to the move to Aalsmeer-Oost."
