Polish floral designer Tomasz "Max" Kuczyński has been crowned the winner of the World Cup Floral Art, with the jury praising his creativity, technical mastery, and unique artistic flair. Hungary secured second place, with France close behind. Dutch competitor Franka Roenhorst achieved an impressive fifth place out of a total of 24 international contestants, and she couldn't be happier with the result. "I'm delighted, more than satisfied—it's beyond what I could have dreamed!" she shared.

The World Cup Floral Art is considered the highest stage in floral design, setting trends and inspiring professionals across the industry. This prestigious event, held every four years, was organized by the Dutch trade association Royal VBW (Vereniging Bloemist Winkeliers), in close collaboration with the international florists' organization Florint.
Over the course of three days at the World Forum, Franka Roenhorst showcased her exceptional talent and craftsmanship. Her designs were praised by the international jury for their originality, technical perfection, and artistic depth. Finishing in fifth place at such a fiercely competitive event is truly a world-class achievement, and a fantastic boost for Dutch floral art. Reflecting on her performance, Roenhorst said: "I'm more than happy with this result. Competing on the highest stage and ending up fifth in the world is something I could never have dreamed of."

Looking back, Marco Maasse, general director of Royal VBW, called the championship a great success. "We've had a wonderful event with a very high standard of competition. The participants gave it their all, and the more than 2,500 visitors really enjoyed the intensity of the contest and the stunning arrangements that were created."
The final evening closed with a dazzling show by European champion Hanneke Frankema, perfectly rounding off a competition full of inspiration and artistry.
