The Royal FloraHolland Sustainability Award is a prize for sustainable innovations in floriculture. It is intended to provide a platform for sustainable initiatives by growers in the cooperative. Last week, an expert jury reviewed and assessed all entries, and five nominees were selected.
The nominees are H.K.W. Bruinen with Little Spider, Holla Roses with Sustainable Innovation at Ziway Roses PLC, J&P ten Have with Sprayventive, Porta Nova with Red Naomi Futura, and Kisima Farm with Biodiversity Farm.
From October 10 to 24, the public can vote for their preferred innovation. The top three nominees for the Royal FloraHolland Sustainability Award will be announced during the Trade Fair in Aalsmeer. The award ceremony will take place on Tuesday, November 4, at 3:00 p.m.
