GIANT Company recognizes top performing floral team members

The GIANT Company recently hosted its annual Floral Seminar, bringing together nearly 200 floral team members for a day full of learning, creating, celebrating the team, and planning for the upcoming holiday season. In addition, 12 team members were recognized as top performers from each region.

"Our annual Floral Seminar has become a signature event for learning, sharing ideas and, of course, designing, as part of our commitment to helping our team members grow," said Kevin Prill, category manager, floral, The GIANT Company. "With sessions from some of the best in the business, a state-of the business review, and a 'friendly' design competition, our floral team is newly inspired to help our customers celebrate the big and little moments, and all the in-betweens."

The award recipients, recognized as top performing floral lead in their respective regions, include Lauren Currie, Lionville, Pa. GIANT; Fiona Duckworth, Middletown, Pa. GIANT; Caitlin Finnery, Bloomsburg Pa. GIANT; Max Gilbert, Lancaster, Pa. GIANT; Alexis Hassinger, State College Pa. GIANT; Emily Manning, Harleysville, Pa. GIANT; Marguerite Preston, Gettysburg Pa. GIANT; Teagan Seely, Front Royal, Va. MARTIN'S; Elissa Schleder, Coplay, Pa. GIANT; Joan States, Richboro, Pa. GIANT; Cassandra Webb, Brookhaven, Pa. GIANT; Deb Widger, Huntington Valley, Pa. GIANT.

In addition, three vendor partners were recognized for their partnership and support of The GIANT Company's floral business. The Elite Flower and Hionis Greenhouses were each awarded Best Category Support and Beth O'Reilly with Dutchess Bouquets received the Vendor Recognition Award.
