Levi9 has announced a collaboration with Royal FloraHolland. The partnership is designed to drive innovation and accelerate digital transformation across Royal FloraHolland's operations. Key focus areas include technology migrations, process optimisation, and enhanced user experiences for both employees and customers—enabling the company to stay ahead of shifting market demands and strengthen its position in the industry.
At the heart of this partnership lies a series of initiatives aimed at improving Royal FloraHolland's operational capabilities. A central element is the migration of Dock Services, the mission-critical software that plans and coordinates large-scale flower transports. By leveraging Levi9's specialized expertise, this migration will further enhance the scalability and reliability of Royal FloraHolland's core logistics services.
In recent months, the two organizations successfully completed a Proof of Concept (PoC) to demonstrate the value of nearshoring in a complex and dynamic environment. The PoC exceeded expectations, dispelled initial concerns, and proved how seamlessly Levi9 integrates with internal teams.

"Through the PoC we wanted to explore how nearshoring could contribute to our organization and what it would mean in practice for our way of working, fully remote and entirely in English. The successful collaboration with Levi9 has shown that this model is an excellent fit for our organisation. Their expertise in software development and collaborative approach has already created significant value by helping us optimize processes and meet growing customer demand. Following the PoC, we have expanded the collaboration and look forward to building on this success together," said André van der Linden, CIO, Royal FloraHolland.
"We're proud to work alongside an industry leader like Royal FloraHolland. Their openness to new approaches aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering top-tier technology solutions. We are committed to exceed expectations of RFH and we will relentless work to make this partnership a success for Royal FloraHolland and helping them to maintain its leadership in the global floriculture market," said Menno de Jong, Founder, Levi9.
