MPS and Royal Brinkman are introducing a new connection between the MPS record-keeping system and Royal Brinkman's AGRO4ALL Advice Generator. This integration enables growers to meet MPS certification requirements with a single record-keeping action while simultaneously receiving cultivation advice through the Advice Generator.
The connection forms part of Royal Brinkman's broader ICM strategy, in which digitalisation and data exchange are central to an integrated cultivation approach. By linking record-keeping, advice and certification, this marks an important step towards system-based crop management.

Two birds with one stone: saving time and improving quality
The connection responds to the growing need among growers to reduce administrative burdens. Deliveries from Royal Brinkman are automatically sent digitally to MPS, eliminating duplicate work. Whereas growers previously had to enter MPS records in bulk, they can now benefit from time savings and improved advice quality through more accurate data exchange.
The integration also addresses the increasing pressure regarding transparency and compliance. By directly linking cultivation record-keeping to certification, the system helps growers meet stricter environmental requirements without additional administrative work.
"This is a major step towards an integrated digital ecosystem within ornamental horticulture and beyond. Together with our tech partner AGRO4ALL, we aim to guide growers towards a single record-keeping system. With MPS, this has now become a reality: less administration, more insight," says Koen Bol, Innovation Specialist at Royal Brinkman.
Jesper Keijzer, Product Owner of the MPS record-keeping environment: "Through the connection with the MPS record-keeping environment, growers can enter their usage data without duplicate work and at the same time receive accurate advice on both chemical and biological applications."
Successful pilot and future plans
The connection has already been successfully tested with several growers and will be expanded in the coming months with a new stock synchronisation function between MPS, Royal Brinkman and AGRO4ALL. This will automatically compare registered products with the current stock, allowing growers to always know exactly what is available and what has already been used. This step unites record-keeping, advice and inventory management in one integrated digital system – an important step towards a simpler, fully connected cultivation system.
