While people were visiting IFTF last week, all sorts of things happened in Aalsmeer as well. Open houses, both at the auction and beyond, evening parties, plenty of awards handed out, and many new introductions. From plant pots with an air chamber and striking product packaging to lisianthus, gerberas, roses, and autumnal tagetes. One thing is clear: the sector is still full of energy and needs each other to grow stronger together. Some exhibitors were present for the first time in a long while, others for the very first time ever, and still others decided to view the fair from the other side this year and wandered through the aisles.
