Trade visitors to IPM Essen from January 27 to 30, 2026, will have the opportunity to engage directly with floral inspiration, creative concepts, and the latest floral trends at the newly introduced IPM Flower Stage in Hall 5. This venue will act as the focal point when it opens up for all exhibitors and institutions within the green industry. The concept encourages active participation in the show program, with support from the Professional Association of German Florists – Federal Association e. V. (FDF), ensuring effective implementation and presentation. On January 29, the event will host a get-together from 5 p.m. onwards, fostering a setting for informal networking among participants and attendees.
Emphasizing the significance of Hall 5 as the central hub for floristic trends and inspiration, IPM Head of Project Andrea Hölker noted the hall's role in showcasing living greenery. For the first time, to involve the whole industry in this vibrant atmosphere, the stage will be accessible to any interested exhibitors. This new setup at the IPM Flower Stage marks a progressive step from the previous FDF World. A diverse array of exhibitors—including manufacturers, wholesalers, florists, and industry institutions—will present their products, concepts, and innovative ideas on this one-of-a-kind revolving stage. Among the highlights is the 'Aloha Show' led by the celebrated floristry expert Björn Kroner, who will infuse the stage with tropical charm, vibrant floral diversity, and fresh design inspirations with his distinct style.
