Inside the greenhouse: trials with purpose
Every year, the varietal trials shape the future of Morel's cyclamen genetics, and 2025 was no exception. "These trials go far beyond a simple display: they are a true research and evaluation platform where our teams observe, compare, and select tomorrow's top varieties under real growing conditions."
The objectives include:
- Evaluating plant behavior across diverse environments and production systems
- Measuring key agronomic and aesthetic traits such as vigor, earliness, uniformity, and flowering quality
- Identifying reliable, high-value varieties for growers and end consumers
- Gathering feedback from the technical teams and partners around the world
"Through this year-round work, we ensure that each new introduction meets the highest standards of performance, consistency, and beauty, from greenhouse to garden."
